Supplies Needed
Tube of choice - I am using the art of Keith Garvey which you can purchase here
Scrap kit I used is called l'Amour by Jules Junk and can be purchased here
Font of choice - I used is Good Vibrations ROB
Mask Of Choice - I used Julesmsk14 which you can download here
Place mask in your 'my psp files - masks' folder

1. Open a new image 500x500 white
2. Open paper of choice (I used Heartpaper1)
Paste as new layer
3. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk
I used these settings

4. Layers - Merge - Merge Group
**I duplicated my mask layer twice but this is down to personal preference**
5. Open Frame of Choice, Resize 80%
6. Paste as new Layer
7. Open paper of choice, resize 50% and paste as new layer
8. Move paper layer below the frame layer
9. Making sure the frame layer is the active layer, select the magic wand
Tolerance and feather both on 0
10. Select the inside of the frame, Selections - Modify - Expand (number of pixels - 5) Selection - invert
11. Making sure the paper layer in now active, hit delete on your keyboard. Selections - Select None
12. Duplicate Frame Layer
13. Paste Tube of choice, resize if needed, move the tube layer down so it is in between the two frame layers
14. Add a drop shadow to the tube

15. Making sure you are on the duplicated frame layer, erase some of the top of the frame so the tube looks like it is on top of the frame.
16. Active the bottom frame and add a drop shadow (I used the same drop shadow as above)
17. Open Glitterdoodle, resize 75%, Copy - Paste as New Layer, Layers - Duplicate
18. Image - Mirror, Image - Flip. Arrange doodles to your own liking.
Making your you are on the duplicated doodle
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
19. Add Drop Shadow (I used same drop shadow as before)
20. Move doodles down below mask
21. Apply any other elements you wish to add, resizing to an appropriate size and apply a drop shadow
22. Add any copyrights and your watermark
23. Merge visible and resize tag
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial :)
